Nestled on Main Street in the heart of Monteagle, Bigfoot Mexican Bar & Grill opened to bring authentic, vibrant Mexican cuisine and a welcoming bar scene to our small but lively town. We’re a locally owned restaurant and bar where neighbors, travelers, and music lovers can come together over chile-spiced dishes, fresh salsas, and ice-cold drinks. Our kitchen focuses on approachable, made-from-scratch favorites — think slow-simmered carnitas, smoky grilled fajitas, and bright, citrusy ceviche — while our bar pours classic and creative cocktails including house margaritas, Mexican beers, and rotating local drafts. We built Bigfoot on the simple idea that great food and good company go hand-in-hand.
